This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Montpellier is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy.

All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

The flatshare can be found in the "Antigone" neighborhood, in the centre of Montpellier. Several shops, public transports, restaurants can be found close at hand. The apartment is on floor #2 . It is ready-to-live-in and is composed of a large kitchen with fridge, toaster, kitchen ustensils, microwave, crockery, pans, kettle… The accommodation also contains a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron, a clothes rack.
You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: dustpan and brush, broom, mop and bucket, bagless hoover… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: household waste tax, condominium fees, housing insurance, electricity, water, unlimited wi-fi.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Have a look at the neighbourhood where this lovely private room in a furnished flatshare is located! The Antigone neighbourhood in the south-east of downtown shares its borders with the central and busy Ecusson district. It stretches from the Polygone shopping centre to the banks of the river Lez. The area was built during the ‘80s and was named after the neo-classical architecture dotted all over the district: neo-classical buildings and statues are the main attractions here and around the city, such as the Promenade du Peyrou and the Aqueduct of Arceaux. The district is sprinkled with the copies of the most famous Greek statues like the Victory of Samothrace that you will find in the Esplanade of Europe. You cannot miss as well the Olympic Swimming Pool and the Emile Zola Mediathèque. For the sporting enthusiasts wanting to participate to an intriguing event, the FISE (World Action Sports Festival) takes place here every year since 1997.

d'allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all,
including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To
find out the potential amount of your assistance, go to the CAF website and
complete the online APL (housing assistance) estimate.

Service fee : from 290€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.

Deposit : 600€
